Confirmation and Payment:
Exhibit space is not confirmed until the Exhibitor Letter of Agreement (LOA) is completed and signed by both parties. A counter-signed copy of the agreement will be sent back as confirmation of your exhibit space. You will also receive login information in order to make your payment online. Payment must be received prior to the start of the course.

Required Submissions:

  1. Exhibitor Letter of Agreement:
    Please notify our office, at [email protected], of your decision to support by January 18, 2023 or by replying to the original e-mail invitation request. We will then send you a Letter of Agreement. (LOA) via DocuSign within 10-15 business days of your e-mail. Please complete the form and return by February 6, 2023.
  2. Confirmation:
    Exhibit spaces are not confirmed until the Exhibitor Letter of Agreement (LOA) form is completed and signed by both parties. A counter-signed copy of the agreement will be sent back as confirmation of your exhibit space. You will also receive login information in order to make an online payment.
  3. Payment:
    A) By Credit Card (Preferred method):
    Use the login information provided in the confirmation of your exhibit space to make your credit card payment on this site.
    OR
    B) By Check: please make checks payable to UT Southwestern/Continuing Education, and add program number: RP2302C. An invoice may be provided upon request.

Exhibit Space Cancellations:
Cancellations must be received in writing at least ten business days prior to the start of the course. If a cancellation is received after this time, no refund will be provided.

Target Audience

This course is designed for Gastroenterologists, GI surgeons, Internal Medicine Physicians, Family Practice physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare providers with an interest in Gastroenterology.

Learning Objectives

  1. Describe the benefits of different medications and when to select in treating IBD.
  2. Identify conditions that may mimic IBD. Explain dietary advances that would benefit GI patients.
  3. Explain concerns IBD patients may have regarding the COVID-19 vaccines.
  4. Identify diagnosis methods and treatment options for refractory heartburn. Describe diagnosis techniques for functional dyspepsia.
  5. Explain dietary advances that would benefit GI patients.
  6. Describe clinical recommendations for colorectal cancer screening in patients with differing risk levels.
  7. Explain the potential complications that can occur with bariatric surgery and the appropriate management.
  8. Describe the criteria for choosing endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) and Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection (ESD) polypectomy for advanced lesions.

Visitor parking is available in the parking garage entered from 6001 Forest Park,
located adjacent to the T. Boone Pickens Biomedical Building. The garage
entrance is to the right of the front building entrance. The garage elevators will
take you to the third floor. Follow the directional signs to the conference room.

Monday - Friday: There is a daily $3 parking fee (no re-entry) unless specified
covered by event.

Saturday-Sunday: Parking is complimentary
