Annual RSS Coordinator Forum and Course Director Strategic CME Information Forum
This live hybrid CME activity is designed to provide Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS) coordinators, Course Directors, and CE Planners with essential updates, strategic guidance, and best practices related to the planning, administration, and continuous improvement of accredited continuing medical education (CME) activities. This interactive forum serves as an opportunity for participants to review current accreditation requirements, institutional policies, reporting expectations, and educational planning strategies that support the delivery of high-quality, independent continuing education. Attendees will gain insights into why CME is important to healthcare delivery and how CME supports UT Southwestern's institutional mission and goals. Participants will leave with enhanced knowledge of accreditation expectations, available institutional resources, and effective approaches for managing CME activities that contribute to improved physician competence, performance, and patient care outcomes.
Registrants are welcome to attend one or both sessions as well as choose whether to participate in-person or virtually. Lunch will be provided to all in-person registrants.

Parking
Complimentary parking is available in the garage located adjacent to the T. Boone Pickens Biomedical Building (NG3), which is not restricted on weekends.
After entering the main drive at 6001 Forest Park Road, take an immediate right into the parking garage. From the garage, walk across the breezeway and follow the directional signs to the conference auditorium.
